How long does it take to process and receive my order? Processing and shipping times are included in our delivery timeline. Given our commitment to craftsmanship, most items, being handcrafted, ship within 1 to 3 business days from the order date. When will I see my tracking information? Tracking updates should appear within 24-48 hours after your tracking number is issued, as courier services may delay updating order statuses.
What payment options are available? We accept all major payment methods: VISA, Mastercard, Amex, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Please note, cash on delivery (COD) and bank transfers are not accepted. Select your payment method at checkout.

How can I change my shipping address? To modify your shipping address prior to dispatch, email support@havengroupus.com with your order number and the new address. If the order has already been sent, contact our customer service for assistance.
Can I cancel my order? Orders cannot be altered or canceled once confirmed, as we immediately commence preparation. Please verify your order and apply any discount codes before finalizing. For further queries, email support@havengroupus.com.
What if my package is missing but marked as delivered? If tracking shows your package as delivered but it's missing, check your address, look for a delivery notice, ask household members, check with neighbors, or look in secure spots around your home. Contact your local post office for lost packages.
What if my order is lost or damaged? Contact our customer service with your order number for assistance with lost or damaged items.
What if I'm not satisfied with my purchase? If you’re looking to exchange an item that didn’t meet expectations, please send us photos of the item, your order number, and feedback. Include the link of the product you wish to exchange it with.
Missing an item from your order? If an item is missing, check your order details and delivery notes. Items may be shipped separately. Contact our customer service with your order number and missing item's details for resolution.
Received an incorrect item? For incorrect items, please contact our customer service with your order number and photos of the item. We will resolve the issue promptly.
Return Policy (100 Days) Unsatisfied with your product? Contact us within 30 days for an exchange. Return the original item to proceed with the exchange. Contact customer service for the return address and provide tracking and receipt of your return.
Refund Processing Time Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days. Please check your account afterwards. Refunds are returned to the original payment account.
